Training delivers our experience into the hands of your staff. Leveraging the value of knowledge
your staff possess and enabling them to skillfully apply that knowledge to business processes
touched by deployment of OrderWare solutions.
OrderWare offers a range of standard training courses for OrderWare customers and partners.
Courses include Overview, Configuration, Deployment and Solution Development; and Administration
modules. These can be delivered to client end-users or in a "Train the Trainer mode". Tailor-made
courses can be produced and delivered to meet specific needs.
"Master Class" level certification is available for selected solutions so you can be trained
to undertake installation, configuration, administration and troubleshooting. These classes are
typically taken by power-users and internal support staff and provide the highest level of intense,
hands-on training over a 2 day period.
