OrderWare Expands Leadership team
OrderWare is pleased to announce the appointment of Jan Plumer and Peter Griffin to the roles of Support Manager and Development Manager respectively. “As a provider of mission critical execution systems to the BPO service provider market OrderWare must be focussed on continual improvement of our product and service offerings. Our customers are relying on OrderWare to support large parts of their business and part of the value we can add is by aligning our product and service offerings with their go to market and service models. Jan Plumer (Customer Support Manager) has been in a range of technical leadership roles both in product deployment, implementation and customer management areas. "Jan has been with OrderWare for a couple of years now and has a demonstrated ability to understand customer requirements and provide excellent solutions to her clients. Her capabilities, approach and attitude will significantly enhance the development of our support services" says Hendry.
"We are also very pleased that Peter Griffin has accepted the role of Development Manager at OrderWare". Peter Griffin is joining the Development team after several years as a senior consultant within the professional services team at OrderWare. Peter has worked in Asia Pacific and United Kingdom and brings a strong operational focus to his role.
